We provide you with an individually locked, clean, dry and secure
document and data storage room for your own exclusive use,
document and data storage units sizes range from 20sq ft locker to
the size of a mini warehouse, with all sizes in between, so you
only pay for the storage space you use. We will supply and fit
racking to your specifications for your document and data storage
unit at cost price for quick and easy access to your archive
documents and files.

Security and confidentiality of your documents is our priority at
all times. Internal and external C.C.T.V which is monitored and
recorded by a security guard when the document storage centre is
closed, and by our own staff during opening hours protects your

SERVICE
Should you choose to leave your key, securely stored at our
facility, we can access your archive document storage room and
deliver individual files or complete archive document boxes to any
location. Our document retrieval service is simple and easy to use.
Just telephone, e-mail or fax an archive box number and/or file
name, destination address and contact name and leave the rest to
us. Alternatively you or your authorised representative can access
your document storage room as often as you wish, free of
charge.
FREE ARCHIVE DOCUMENT VIEWING
ROOM
If you need to view your records at our document storage facility
you will have free use of a heated, carpeted room with a table and
seating for up to six people, refreshments are available in the
reception area.
SECURE SHREDDING OR UNWANTED ARCHIVE FILES
AND DOCUMENTS
For archive documents and file records you no longer require we
offer a secure document shredding service, ensuring your documents
are confidentially destroyed in accordance with Current Data
Protection Act.
